Aspen Power Station is a 370 MW natural gas-fired power plant operated by SaskPower. This plant uses modern has turbine technology to produce electricity with lower emissions compare to coal-fired plants. This facility is a key part of Saskatchewan’s strategy to meet growing energy demands while transitioning to more sustainable energy sources. Tremblay Electric has a multi year site services electrical contract at Aspen.
